Razer Kiyo not working in synapse

this is stuck on the razer sowfare , and i can get rid of it or slect any of the two options. how do i fix it

I have the exact same thing. Latest Synapse, latest firmware for the Kiyo, Windows 10. Latest drivers/software.

Running into the same issue. Reinstalled Synapse, updated drivers, newest version of Windows 10. Can't seem to find a way to fix this bug.
