Razer Kiyo Pan/Tilt/Zoom not working in 60FPS

Hi there, When I change the Kiyo webcam settings in Synapse 3 such as pan, tilt, and zoom they work for 30FPS (both 1080p and 720p). When I set it to 720p/60FPS, the settings aren't applied. How can I enable these 3 settings while also enabling 60FPS? Thanks!

    Still waiting, been over 2 months now. I understand customer support can take time, but 2 months is a lot. And it seems like a quick answer to a relatively simple question. It’s either “No it can’t zoom/pan/tilt at 60FPS.” or “Yes it should.” or “Yes coming soon in a software/firmware update.”

    Hey Smoky, did you manage to resolve this? I’m having the same issue now and can’t find anything online :(

    turning off the HDR puts it at 1080p 60fps
