Hi all,
I have a Kiyo Pro camera, Razer pushed a firmware update to it and now it has a flicker at the bottom right side of the video. How can I undo the firmware update, or is there another solution to stop the flicker?

Before the firmware was upgraded, did you receive a prompt or notification asking you to proceed with the update? Additionally, could you please provide the link to the firmware update you installed via PM?
Regarding your inquiry to downgrade the firmware, please note that there is no option to revert to a previous firmware version. Razer firmware updates are designed to address specific issues and are not recommended for all devices unless you are experiencing the same issue or are prompted to do so. These updates are released to improve performance and stability.
