Razer Kiyo Pro Camera not working.

I recently purchased the following camera: Razer Kiyo Pro - USB camera with high-performance adaptive light sensor and tripod for streaming (Full HD 1080 p 60 FPS, HDR, Wide-angle lens, supported Open Broadcaster Software en Xsplit) Black. 

I’ve had multiple issues with it, it worked for about 1 hour then gave up on me, so now it does not work at all. I see it connected with Synapse but it doesn’t show anything from the camera. It’s connected as a Camera according to device managers, yet not working as one, for weird reason.

    I have an adjacent issue; my Razer Kiyo Pro usb camera recently arrived in my shipping container. Was working fine before being packed into a shipping container in July 2024. Now my laptop isn’t registering that it’s plugged in at all. So I can’t install driver updates because that requires it being plugged in. No idea what to do. Have tried all usb ports on my laptop. Camera privacy is toggled on. Have tried a brand new rezor cable as well. My laptop does not register that anything is plugged in at all, and only with this device :/

    I have the same issue. It was working properly, but now the PC just doesn’t recognize it and it just doesn’t work.
