Razer Kiyo pro. Exposure and FPS problem!

Hello. I've got a razer kiyo pro webcam to capture a other point of view of my cockpit for a race instant replay, but I don't know how (if possible) to record 60 fps from kiyo pro with exposure setting in manual. In auto exposure, capture perfectly at 60fps, but I need to compensate exposure to -4 or -5 and them, de captured video is downgrade to 30 fps. I record a video to show you. Any help is very apreciated prior to return the camera to Razer. Many thanks in advance.
