Razer Kiyo Pro Firmware update

Today I received my Razer Kiyo Pro in the mail. I opened it up and plugged it in with no issues. While adjusting my internal white balance and focus settings i got a message prompting me to update auto focus firmware. I did this and it stated that the install failed (after getting to 100%) Now my camera does not work in preview or in obs stating that another application is using it even though nothing is when i look at my task manager.
