Razer Kiyo Pro firmware update common issue

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with updating my Razer Kiyo Pro. This seems to be a common case, and I believe you are already aware of it since various resources such as Discord, Reddit, and your own forum are buzzing about this problem.

When I launch the latest version of the update utility provided by my Synapse 3, the firmware is detected as version 1.0.3.2. Additionally, it indicates that the latest version is 1.5.0.1, which I am trying to update to.

However, after the first step of the device detection by my PC and the utility, I get the now infamous message saying "sorry no update for you today you better contact support."

I have tried all possible solutions: different USB ports, even older legacy versions of the update utility, where I noticed that my camera is detected as version 1.0 instead of 1.0.3.2.

Please assist me with the update. After researching the internet and reading about the experiences of other users, I would be deeply disappointed if I received a response stating that you cannot assist me because the product is out of warranty. All of my devices are from Razer, and I do not want to be left frustrated with a denial of support due to a faulty camera revision (which, from what I understand, is the root of the problem).

I received this camera as a gift in 2022, and now, as I am about to use it for the first time for a job interview, I have encountered this frustrating issue.

I sincerely hope for your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue.

Here is a picture with a situation when i’m using latest version of update utility.
