Hi everyone, I am trying to update my webcam KIYO PRO, after I install the firmware, it asks to , unplug then re-connect your Kiyo Pro to the PC to continue. but the problem is it didn't continue, after re-connecting the app just shows that there is a new update available, does anyone knows what to do?

If feasible, try updating the device to another computer and see if the same issue arises. Otherwise, gather your Razer Synapse logs, save them to any online drive account, then paste the link in your message once you submit a case to our Support Team. I’ll be locking this thread now.
