Razer Kiyo Pro Firmware Update Problems

I just got a kiyo pro and it says that there is a firmware update. Once I download the firmware updater I follow the prompts and once I plug in my kiyo pro it gives me the message seen in my uploaded file

I am having the same problem. The camera is almost always out of focus.
