I bought this webcam in March 2022 and this problem has happened on and off ever since I started using it. At first I thought it was a one-off occurrence, but it has proven to be a really annoying re-occurring issue.



I would be streaming and eventually my camera would start to flicker and after about 10-15 mins of periodic flickering the camera would freeze. When the camera freezes, my mic, headset, and controller stop working/disconnect for a few minutes before reconnecting again. When everything reconnects, my camera is still frozen but the light indicating it is on (at the top of the camera) remains on. After this happens the camera doesn't work for a few days and after unplugging and reconnecting, synapse does not even detect my camera. I initially thought this was due to using Streamlabs, but even after switching to OBS the problem persisted. At this point every time I open OBS I have no clue if my webcam is even going to be detected or not.



I noticed that this mainly happens during games like Valorant and Call of Duty, and less so when I play less intense games League of Legends and Stardew Valley.



Lately, this flickering and eventual freezing happened simply when I opened OBS and hadn't even started streaming yet.



I have tried many fixes for this, like uninstalling and re-installing the webcam's drivers, reducing the output FPS, streaming with better lighting, etc. But nothing has worked as a permanent solution.



I really do like the camera quality and its low-light performance and would love to continue to use it if someone could help me out.
