Razer Kiyo Pro (micro stutter) - tests show it's only running at 30fps after Firmware update

Hi there, I purchased a Razer Kiyo Pro and it was running fine, smooth as butter until I recently upgraded the firmware to 1.05 as instructed to by Razer Synapse. After the firmware update the camera now has a frequent microstutter and when testing on https://webcamtests.com/fps the site is stating that it is only running at 30 FPS I have disabled HDR and tested in quite a few different software platforms (OBS, Discord, Synapse, Gamecaster, Xsplit, Windows 10 camera app) and they all show the same symptons when doing the circular head movement test, micro stuttering on movement. I'm running a AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Stock RTX 3070 32gb DDR4 3600mhz Samsung EVO Pro 240gb NVME drive Tested in both use 3.0 and 2.0 USB ports, in both back and front slots. Changing from PCIE Auto to Gen .3 and also Gen.4 Removing Razer Kiyo Pro, reinstalling using synapse Reinstalling and letting windows update the driver Testing the camera on my Streaming PC and has same symptons Only thing I can think of is the firmware whilst addressing AF issues has either forced the camera into 30FPS and/or has caused some issue that is causing the microstutter. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated before I decide to RMA the camera.
