Razer Kiyo Pro Not listed in OBS

I’ve just recently received my Razer Kiyo Pro in the mail from Best Buy. Once I setup the webcam and tinkered with some setting in Synapse to see how it looks I tried downloading OBS and creating a scene. When I go to add my webcam; it’s not listed. I’ve gone into the privacy setting on my PC and toggled the camera access on and off multiple times along with deleting and re adding the webcam to the scene and no success. Tried reinstalling the firmware, restarting Synapse, restarting my PC. I just can’t get OBS to recognize there’s a webcam there; it even lists as a device in my computer, and works on discord just fine. Just not OBS; help. D=
