Anyone had a similar problem? Razer Kiyo Pro has suddently become black and white only, no colour. Same across all apps, Zoom, Chrome, PhotoBooth etc.

Yes! Same is happening to me!!
Same for me! I had it on the latest Monterey update and then tried updating to Ventura to see if it would resolve it. It didn’t.
Didn't anybody get a resolve on this, GF just updated her Mac and now...guess what it’s black and white?
I ended up connecting it to a PC and updating it. It solved the issue but of course, not ideal if you only have a Mac.
sorry I don’t have a better solution.
I brought her’s into the office did firmware update, but still black an white ...having said that I’ve not checked if its black and white on a pc….is it configurable on a pc ?
I have a mac and a reboot fixed it
