I just got the Razer Kiyo PRO delivered to me and also installed the 3rd party application Webcam Settings from the MacStore. Tried adjustments and everything works fine. But the when I tried the camera on the MS TEAMS its all pixelated. How can we fix this please?

Unfortunately, I can’t answer your question, but maybe you can answer one for me. I also just received a MacAir 15. My camera worked great on my previous MacBook, but this machine isn’t recognizing it….like it doesn’t show up...as though it’s not there. Any tips on getting it to recognize the camera is there. I have Webcam Settings installed and the camera is plugged in.
