Razer Kiyo Pro stopped working after updating to firmware 1.0.3 | Razer Insider

I recently just updated to firmware 1.0.3 and opening razer synapses 3 and clicking the razer kiyo pro will result in a 15-25 seconds freeze going into it. When the page finally loads the it asks which camera setting do I want to use, clicking either of them results into all the settings saying 0 and clicking preview to show the camera says the camera is currently in use by another application. clicking reconnect shows it grey for 30 seconds before saying it again.



I've checked the windows camera settings to see if any apps is using my camera which it isn't.

I also can't roll back the driver from device manager to a previous update. I've tried to uninstall device restarted my computer but as soon as the device is installed again it still says it's firmware is 1.0.3



My other razer products when opening them in razer synapses works fine and opens normally. Just the razer kiyo pro.

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Please gather your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs, then save the compressed files via Google Drive. Once done, please clean reinstall your Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps here. Let me know if it helps.

I have clean reinstalled the Razer Synapse 3.0 and followed the steps, but unfortunately it is still back the same way it was originally.

Thanks for confirming. Have you tried unplugging and re-plugging the camera, then check if the same behavior persists? Please send me a PM together with your device's serial number that starts with "PM". Let's continue our conversation there.
