Need help. I recently purchased a brand new Kiyo Pro Ultra. And when I started using it, my computer and other apps or software won’t recognize the camera.
It also keeps disappearing on synapse.
I already tried the recommended fix found on the web but still not working.
Such a waste of money, I thought the premium I paid for the item was worth it.

Hi there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. By the way, what OS build are you currently using? Let me know via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
