I purchased a Kiyo Pro Ultra a few months ago and use it with two end devices. Both are PC, both are USB 3.0 connections, both running Windows. Last week the Kiyo stopped being recognized through the USB cable which came with the device during a video conference. The device continues to work on the other laptop (work PC), and the device lights up with the white light. It is not recognized as a camera, it will not be recognized by the Synapse software. Updates have not resolves, uninstalling has not resolved, the other cable and PC works fine, so it should not be hardware related -- another camera works with the USB port, so it isn’t the USB hardware.
Why is Synapse and driver conflicts so difficult to TS, and why can’t Synapse recognize new razer devices even after uninstalling and reinstalling all drivers, devices, and Synapse repeatedly? This is such a nightmare of device management for something so basic at the price point.
