I’ve encountered an issue with my Razer Kiyo Pro webcam. The problem likely existed before, but I didn’t notice it as I rarely used the camera at all.
The issue seems to be with the USB-C port inside the device. In order to make the camera work, I have to apply significant effort—specifically, I need to firmly hold the USB-C to USB-A cable (provided in the package) in place within the camera’s port. Only then does the camera start functioning, but this makes regular use impossible.
