Hello, I am using my new Razer Kiyo Pro webcam for Zoom/video calls on an HP desktop computer and about 3-5 times per day the video freezes and then eventually the audio drops and I get an error message that the video camera can't be detected, so I have to unplug from my USB port and replug it back in, then it detects the camera and video and audio again. I have tried multiple USB ports and it continues. I have the latest software installed. I am not sure what else I can do to troubleshooting and I would appreciate any suggestions and support for this issue!
