English:I have a problem with my Razer kiyo problem is i can't change settings in razer's own app what can i do have been trying to buy a new one but it didn't work either ...….

Danish:I Jeg har et problem med min Razer kiyo problemet er jeg kan ikke ændre instilinger i razer's eget app hvad kan jeg gøre har prøvet at købe et nyt men det virkede heller ikke.......

Dutch:I Ik heb een probleem met mijn Razer Kiyo-probleem. Ik kan de instellingen in de eigen app van Razer niet wijzigen. Wat kan ik doen om een nieuwe te kopen, maar het werkte ook niet ...….

    Can you explain to us further the issue with your Razer Kiyo cam? Is the configuration on your Razer Synapse not displaying for your Razer Kiyo? Or is it grayed out? Can you post a picture of the setup on your Razer Synapse app to help us further diagnose your issue?
