Razer Kiyo problem

Hey everyone,

I bought a brand-new Razer Kiyo about a year and a half ago, and recently it started flickering heavily for a few seconds and then disconnects completely from my PC. It’s unusable now.

I’ve tried everything: multiple USB ports, different cables, disabling USB power saving, reinstalling drivers, no Razer Synapse, and testing it on another device (iPad), but it still doesn’t work.

I suspect a hardware failure, but I’m really hoping to find a solution or at least get guidance on next steps.

I want to add that I’m a loyal Razer customer with a full setup — speakers, keyboard, two mice, mousepad, headset — so I’m seriously counting on Razer’s support here. The Kiyo wasn’t cheap, and I’ve taken really good care of it.

I really hope to get quick and effective help from the support team, because I’m at a loss and I need this resolved ASAP.
