It’s the normal Kiyo, the one with the ring light. It’ll be seen in Synapse, but as soon as I go to edit it (the light doesn’t even come on, and spinning the thing doesn’t make it turn on) it disconnects.

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update your Kiyo’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
