Razer Kiyo settings not saving

Hello, No matter what I try, my Razer Kiyo settings will not save such as the low light compensation settings. Anytime I run skype, teams, zoom, all of the settings go to default and the low light compensation setting (along with all other settings) are reverted back to default settings. I have Synapse 3 and the latest firmware installed for my Kiyo. I am also always logged into my profile. If I go to my kiyo settings in the broadcaster tab in synapse 3, I have to enable the camera preview to see the advanced settings. When I go into the advanced settings and turn off the low light compensation, it saves. If I disable the camera preview and then enable it again, the low light compensation (along with any other settings I have made) get reset. So the only way they stay applied is if I leave the preview up for the camera in Synapse. If I leave the preview open, I cannot use the camera in any other application. If I close the preview and then run the application (skype, teams, zoom) none of the settings are applied. What shall I do?
