I recently updated my firmware on my Razer Kiyo from 1.0.1 to 2.3.2 because I was tired of always having a super dark camera even with all of the lights turned on, and having to manually adjust every setting each time I went to stream. Now, however, after updating the firmware, the camera framerate seems to be much lower than it was before. As I talk and move, I can notice that everything seems slow and almost slightly lags behind in the camera preview. In addition, I cannot use my VTuber software, VSeeFace, anymore, and likely any other software, because the slow speed on the camera makes the model I use respond extremely slowly to any movement.

Are there any known ways to fix this? I have tried adjusting every setting in the advanced settings through both Synapse and on OBS, but nothing seems to work. If no way to fix this, is there any way to roll back to the 1.0.1 firmware? I’d rather adjust every single setting each time rather than deal with the slow speed.
