Razer Kiyo stopped working

I’ve tried everything. I’ve gone through ALL the troubleshooting steps but something isn’t right. The light that indicates that it’s on flickers and whenever I try to connect it through NVIDIA broadcast or even the PC’s camera app, it just crashes. Why? I’ve had it since July last year. It should still work fine
