I was using my Razer Kiyo fine yesterday. Today I went to use it inside of OBS and the device randomly stopped working. It disconnected and the ring light started flashing. I unplugged it and plugged it back in in various USB places. I have restarted my PC several times this morning. I tried to update drivers inside of the Razer Synapse but when I go to click on the cam photo, the cam vanishes. I have no idea how to fix this. Any help would be amazing.

Hello there,
Thanks for alerting us about this. Try to updates your Kiyo’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
