razer kiyo stopped working after ring light on

 Hello everyone
I have a case and I want to fix it, so my razer kiyo won't turn on the camera after the ring light comes on, but if I unplug it and put the mic back on, but it's different from the camera, it still won't turn on.
I ask for help, because I really need this webcam.

Hi @RichLilacpolycove111,

 

Thanks for posting your concern in the support board. Did you already try using a different USB port or check in the device manager if the camera is detected? I also responded to your PM, let’s just continue there so I can assist you accordingly.
