After having the Kiyo for 1 year and 1 month, it stopped working. (Seems like a theme around here that these stop working JUST after the warranty period is up...)
Tried plugging it into another PC, and same problem. Ring light comes on, but no video. In Synapse, it recognizes the camera and when you open the camera settings it tries to display a blank preview video for a few seconds before changing to “Camera is in use by another application.”
Seems like the camera is busted if it is doing this on multiple PCs. But is there anything that can be done? I got this camera because it was supposed to be high quality.
