My Kiyo camera stopped working randomly during a video call. It has worked on multiple calls and streams for months. Halfway through a call it just went black screen and said the app didn't have permission to acess it. When you open Synapse, it says "another application is using the camera."

I uninstalled everything, including drivers, and reinstalled per another closed thread. It is still a black screen, but now it freezes Synapse, saying "the camera's settings are different from Razer Synapse" and to select which settings to keep. No matter which one I click, it freezes the program for 30 seconds and the popup never goes away. The 'in-use' light is also on after I attempt to go into Synapse and will not turn off even though nothing is using the camera. If I unplug and reconnect the camera, Windows does not recognize it and tells me to try again. Synapse recognizes it, but won't let me do anything to it.

Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other steps to help you address the problem with your Razer Kiyo camera. Thanks!
