The video was not recorded by me, but it perfectly describes the serious problem I have with my Razer kiyoThe same problem, when starting with Razer Synapse it turns on and the camera starts to blink the light ring and you also hear a humming noise.I have done everything, reinstalled the Razer Synapse software, restarted the Razer Kiyo camera, disconnected the USB and reconnected it, tried on another computer and NOTHING works, it stays in that same loop. With only 6 months of purchase, it cost $70 for that price I would have expected it to last many years. But it wasn't like that, even a china camera from a not very well-known brand lasted approximately more than 5 years? and it still works.Anyone from Razer support who can help? I'm considering being more careful when choosing Razer brand products.First product from this brand that I bought, the Razer Kiyo and it didn't last at all.
