I have a Razer Kiyo that’s version 1.0.1 firmware - had it on my (Linux) work computer for ages but it recently started to get really dark on that device. Decided to switch it over to my Blade 15 and found out it’s really out of date, the latest version being 2.3.2. However, I’m unable to update it, just get the following screen:
As it’s (well) out of the free support window, is there any other way to update it or will I just need to buy a new one? :(
