Hi,
My Razer Kiyo Ultra 4k stopped working after a few months of use. I’ve tried plugging it directly into my MacBook, Windows, updated the firmware, but nothing solved the problem. The “on” light keeps on even if I turn off my computer. I cannot see the Kiyo listed under the “camera” option in Photo Booth, Webcam settings (paid app), Zoom, Teams, etc.
Any ideas?
