I have just purchases the razer kiyo v2 quarts, I plugged it in and it does not appear in the razer synapse app, when going to device manager it is there, i updated drivers to USB camera, restarted my pc and it still doesn't show. I downloaded the firmware updater and it says to plug in the camera. The microphone on it is working, when i test audio through windows setting and select it as microphone it plays back audio. No led showing on camera to indicate its on or anything.

Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a message PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
