RAZER KIYO V2 not working.

Someone was messaging me on here about this but has not replied in a week or so , so i am reposting. 

I have just purchased the razer kiyo v2 quarts, I plugged it in and it does not appear in the razer synapse app, when going to device manager it is there, i updated drivers to USB camera, restarted my pc and it still doesn't show. I downloaded the firmware updater and it says to plug in the camera. The microphone on it is working, when i test audio through windows setting and select it as microphone it plays back audio. No led showing on camera to indicate its on or anything. It works perfectly on another computer. 

All my usb ports work with other devices such as mic, headset, keyboard, mouse.
