Razer synapase says my razer kiyo V2 X has a update upon trying to update it it says its up to date how can i fix that

Some products have their own firmware updater. Have you tried the Kiyo updater itself instead of via Synapse?
Close Synapse alongside any other program that’s possibly using the Kiyo.
Unplug and then plug the Kiyo in again once you’ve updated the firmware. Then you can probably reopen Synapse.
If the message still shows, you might have to reinstall Synapse as well.
