Razer Kiyo V2 X - Firmware Updater Error 401

Hi Razer Support,

I recently bought my Kiyo V2 X and installed it into my computer but it’s currently locked to 1080p 30FPS in Razer Synapse. I wanted to get the advertised 1440p 60FPS so I looked around and saw there was a firmware update. I clicked the button leading to the updater. However, it just leads to this website: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20613. It just shows an error 401 saying that I’m unauthorized for the updater. Is this fixable on razer’s end or is it something on my end? I’ve also included some pictures for reference. Thanks for your help.

    Hey ​@IHaxRazer,

    Upon clicking the link in your post, it’s working fine in my end. Can you update the firmware by downloading from this link? Please also try to update it on another Windows computer or network. Just send me a PM with the serial number if you need further assistance.
