Razer Kiyo Video Quality - very pixeled

OS: Windows 10, 64 Bit Synapse Version: 3.5.630.61222 The video quality of my Razer Kiyo is good in the Synapse preview, but VERY pixeled, when I use it for video calls with either Skype or Teams. See attachments. Synapse: . Any ideas?
