I am contacting you regarding an issue with my Razer Kiyo webcam RZ19-0232 . The camera has suddenly stopped functioning properly on both Windows and macOS systems. The firmware is updated to the latest version, and no changes have been made to my computer setup prior to this issue.
The camera is detected in the system and appears in applications, but when selected, it fails to display an image and disconnects. I have tested it on multiple USB ports and different computers, but the issue persists. I have also reinstalled Razer Synapse, checked privacy settings, and ensured no conflicting applications are running, to no avail.
Could you please assist in diagnosing this issue or provide guidance on next steps? I can provide any additional details or logs required.
