Razer Kiyo Webcam (RZ19-04170) Flickering Issue – Need Firmware/Driver Update?

Hi Support Team,

I was gifted a Razer Kiyo Webcam | RZ19-04170 and didn’t realize I had to register it earlier. Recently, I started experiencing a severe flickering issue that has gotten progressively worse.

I’d like to know:

  1. How can I resolve this flickering problem?

  2. Do I need to update the firmware or drivers to fix this?

  3. If so, could you please direct me to the specific firmware/driver file I should download from support?

Appreciate any guidance so I can get my webcam functioning properly again.

Hello there, ​@trinateo!

 

Thanks for alerting us about this. Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also update its firmware by clicking here. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Kiyo’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
