Ive had a Kiyo x for about 6months. Worked great on pc from day one, let me change settings and everything and no troubles. I recently upgraded to a better pc and now it only registed as a “USB Video Device”

It wont located in any way, i can use it but cannot access it on synapse. When i go on it says to add a device but doesnt register at all. there was also no prompt to download anything when i put it on this new computer either. how do i fix this?
