Razer Kiyo X does not work after purchase (win 11)

I bought an original Kiyo X, faced with the problem that it doesn't work anywhere (Discord tries to upload a picture from the camera but fails, Synapse just gives a gray or black screen regardless of resolution, OBS is the same). Reinstalling Synapse several times didn't help, neither did connecting Kiyo to another PC. Camera privacy settings didn't help either, in device manager the camera is shown as working (drivers are installed, according to the system the latest, though I doubt it). Also Synapce works very badly in the camera settings (it can freeze for 10-20 seconds). The work indicator on the camera works as it should, everything is fine when I try to start the camera in Discord, but again, there is no picture, there is only sound from its microphone. Is this a defect or will I have to reinstall the drivers/system?
