Razer Kiyo X flickering

Hello,

 

I am experienceing flickering with the Razer Kiyo X camera. I have tried everything re-install windows/ drivers configurre settings etc etc. Is there any firmware update available or a workaround?

We’ve got two  Razer Kiyo X cameras here, one on MacOS and one on a Windows 10 PC. They have both started flickering after several months of working well. The 50/60 Hz settings no longer do anything. Surely the scrolling/banding effects we’re seeing should at least change in frequency when we toggle this setting? Have these cameras both failed? Reboots and installing Synapse does nothing to change the situation.
