Hi, I’ve been using a Kiyo X with Win11 without any issues for a few months. Suddenly the OS no longer recognises the mic. I’ve tried reinstalling the webcam driver and synapse; no difference. It’s not recognised anywhere in the OS anymore…..there was a BIOS update 2 days ago - I don’t know if that caused it. The video functionality works fine still - it’s simply the mic that no longer seems to exist in the OS.
I’ve connected the same webcam to another machine running Win10 and the mic is recognised and works fine - so there’s not issue with the hardware.
Does anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences?
