the camera connects, identifies, and then immediately disconnects. this causes it to not be usable as a camera, as the data stream is inconsistent to the computer. It will occasionally reconnect, and then disconnect again. It seams that there is some issue, and I’m almost certain i need to get a RMA. As the connection is unstable, the firmware tool can’t identify the camera, and when plugged into a different computer the camera doesn’t even identify.
I’m 100% willing to try any troubleshooting suggestions, but i do not see their outcome as likely to succeed.
