I have 3 kiyo and 1 kiyo since 1.5 year. I was happily using all of them simultaneously in obs studio. I have win11 laptop. The last 5 months i didn't use them..... i tried to connect them yesterday... and only 2 kiyo x was able to connect. The other 3 was not detected. I was trying almost everything.... changing ports connect... reconnect.... restart ... the result was worst. Now only one can connecting.... so i lost 3 kiyo? I tried another laptop... same. Only ine is able to connecting ..... i don't know whst happened? I can not believe this is happening. So what can i do ? Throw to the dustbin?

Hey there,
Thank you for sharing your concern. To help narrow down the cause, could you please let me know if the webcam is detected in Device Manager when plugged in? Have there been any accidents or incidents recently such as drops, liquid exposure, bent ports?
Also, please send me a PM along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details.
