RAZER KIYO X On and Off after sec. I bought it Sep 2025! WTH

I bought it a year ago. I am just using it for a year now. Then it suddenly disconnecting after 2 secs and has a click sound but the mic is still fine

    I understand that your Razer Kiyo X has recently started disconnecting after a few seconds with a clicking sound. To help me better understand the issue, could you please provide the following details?

    • Does your Razer Kiyo X is still detected in your Device Manager? 
    • Does the issue (clicking sound and then shuts down) still persist even if you completely disable Razer Synapse? Also, have you tried connecting the camera to a different USB port or a different computer? 
    • Have you tried connecting the camera to a different USB port or a different computer? If so, what were the results?
    • Does the camera disconnect only when using specific applications (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Discord, OBS), or does it happen regardless of the application being used?
    • Are there any error messages shown in Synapse, Device Manager, or Windows?
