Razer Kiyo X Unable to Update Firmware

Hello,

 

I have a Razer Kiyo X product number RZ19-04170100-R3U1, and I’m unable to update the firmware. Every time I use the firmware update software for the regular Razer Kiyo it’s unable to detect the webcam. There doesn’t seem to be any firmware update software for the Kiyo X according to the page here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5678

I saw a few other threads with the same issue, but just wondering if there is any resolution to this.
