Razer Kiyo/Zoom Crashing

Hi There, I have a Razer Kiyo and for the past year it worked perfectly. Recently I plugged it into a new USB3 port on my computer and it causes zoom to crash. It works in camera, and works in Streamlabs. I've uninstalled Synapse as it's basically useless/crashes when opening Kiyo settings. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I've installed and uninstalled zoom and it has not fixed the issue.
