Razer Kiyro Pro Firmware won't update

Hi my device won’t update, I have firmware 1.0.3.2 

 

the latest firmware is 1.5.0.1

 

Going in razer synapse 3 it directs me to firmware, which I have downloaded. Once running the update with no applications using the camera as instructed it directs me to razer support and the update button is grayed out.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

      I’ve got a Kyro (non pro) and having the same issue.

      is not update and all  time  stop

      Same issue, deeply disappointed and does not speak well of Razer products.

      I would love some support please 🙂
