Hi,
today i received my razer kracken, i plugged them in and went to the 7.1 surround website and installed the software, but i cant log into the software, says authenticated error, i tired making a new account, still didn't work. i even tried using the option to use a 3rd party details, and that didn't work either. and now i have no sound on anything.
is the server down or is there something else i should do?
